A few things to know.

Will my smartwatch work?

This launch: Housing + App supports all other Apple Watch models and these Samsung smartwatches: Galaxy Watch4, Galaxy Watch4 Classic, Galaxy Watch5, Galaxy Watch5 Pro, Galaxy Watch6, Galaxy Watch6 Classic, Galaxy Watch FE, Galaxy Watch7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch8, Galaxy Watch8 Classic, and Galaxy Watch9. The WatchDive housing uses its built-in DIVEROID pressure and water-temperature sensor with the app. Later, and not in this launch: App Only is planned for Apple Watch Ultra, Apple Watch Ultra 2, Apple Watch Ultra 3, and Galaxy Watch Ultra2, which have built-in depth (pressure) and water-temperature sensors.

Do the dive-computer features need a subscription?

No. WatchDive dive-computer features do not need a separate subscription.

How deep can I use WatchDive?

Recommended operating depth is 40 m. The housing completed a water-resistance test at 60 m; this is not independent certification or a guarantee in every environment. Dive within your training and the conditions.

Does it work for freediving?

Yes. Scuba and freediving.

When does Kickstarter open?

Launching on Kickstarter in December. The exact day is not set yet. Leave your email and we send the link when it is live.

How long does the battery last, and can it be replaced?

The battery warranty runs for two years or 1,000 dives, whichever comes first. After that, an authorized WatchDive service center can replace a worn battery for a fee.
