Terms of Use — WatchDive Pre-Launch

1. What this page is

This page lets you register your interest in WatchDive and receive updates about our upcoming Kickstarter campaign. A free email signup is not a purchase, takes no payment, does not reserve a unit, and does not guarantee a price. You may separately choose an optional price reservation by paying exactly USD $3 now through Stripe hosted Checkout. That fee is in addition to the product price and is not deducted from it. The paid reservation guarantees that you can buy the product for USD $149 at launch, whether or not you are among the public first 100. We charge USD $149 later only when you choose to buy, and we do not charge, schedule, or authorize it automatically. The USD $3 fee and the USD $149 product price together are USD $152 before any product shipping or tax that applies. If product shipping or tax applies, we disclose it before you purchase the product. The USD $3 fee is nonrefundable, except if we cancel the product launch, in which case we refund the fee. Nothing in these terms limits a right that applicable law does not allow us to limit, and these terms do not require you to give up such a right.

2. Pre-launch information

WatchDive is still in development. Public details shown on this page — including features, compatibility, specifications, the public early-bird price, and the launch date — are provided for information only and may change before or during the Kickstarter campaign. A free email signup does not reserve a unit or guarantee a specific price. A paid price reservation guarantees that you can buy the product for USD $149 at launch, whether or not you are among the public first 100.

3. Email and SMS updates

Submitting the form requests one operational email containing a confirmation link. Your waitlist registration and agreement to receive launch and marketing updates are completed only when you use that link. If you also provide a phone number, you agree to the optional SMS update described beside that field. You can unsubscribe from future marketing at any time using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this page — including the WatchDive and DIVEROID names, logos, text, images, and videos — belongs to DIVEROID LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

5. Disclaimer

WatchDive is a dive aid designed to work with a compatible smartwatch. When released, it is intended to support — not replace — proper dive training, certification, and a backup dive computer. Always dive within your training and follow safe diving practices.

This page is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this page. This limit does not apply where applicable law does not allow it, and these terms do not require you to give up a right that applicable law keeps.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
